That’s why our service process is designed to be transparent, efficient, and backed by the technical know-how to solve your issue the first time. Whether you’re troubleshooting in the field or dropping a pump off at one of our shops, we’re here to help keep your systems running at peak performance.

Field Service & Troubleshooting

Need on-site help fast? Our certified field technicians are ready to respond with expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostics for nearly every industry—from municipal water pumps to industrial pumps and process plants.

Field Rate: Quoted per project. Complete the from below to tell us about your service needs.
Minimum: 2-hour minimum for new customers and all troubleshooting calls (includes travel)

What We Offer On Site:

  • Troubleshooting and service for all pump types and manufacturers
  • Diagnostic testing, including vibration analysis, motor drive analysis, thermal imaging, and laser alignment
  • Hydraulic and control troubleshooting
  • Shaft grounding and power quality monitoring
  • Portable crane service (up to 40-ton capacity), if needed
  • Pump removal when appropriate and agreed upon during the visit

If a shop service is required and the pump can’t be pulled during the visit (for example, if crane equipment is needed), we’ll provide a quote for the return trip.

In-Shop Service & Repairs

Prefer to bring your pump to us? No problem. Our in-house pump repair & service teams deliver precision diagnostics and rebuilds at our facilities in Bellevue, Canby, Moses Lake, and Caldwell. We work on a wide range of pump technologies, including centrifugal, progressive cavity, gear, piston, vane, and more.

What to Expect:

  1. Drop-Off Intake: You fill out a quick form when dropping off your pump.
  2. Open & Inspect: We perform a detailed inspection and send you a quote based on the pump’s size and complexity.
  3. Repair Approval & Service: Once approved, we complete repairs to OEM standards, with access to machine shop, pump engineering and design services and performance testing if needed.

We are an authorized service provider for many leading manufacturers and can support both in-warranty and out-of-warranty equipment. Every repair is backed by our commitment to quality and reliability.

Payment Terms

If your company is new to PumpTech NW, we require a credit card payment for the two-hour field service minimum up front. For established customers, standard account terms apply.
